The third sale of the year at GLP finally closed last Friday, the first since two homes closed in January 2009! There are a lot of people looking at properties, especially with the more attractive (to buyers, not sellers) prices. However, people are taking their time in making that decision to purchase, and there are very tough negotiations going on when they do decide to make an offer.
